Support is one person and one address: piankecard@gmail.com. Write in English or 繁體中文.
There is no account to recover and no server-side data, so anything that can be fixed is fixed in the app. —
支援窗口就是一個人、一個信箱:piankecard@gmail.com,中英文皆可。沒有帳號可以救援,也沒有任何存在伺服器上的資料,所以能修的問題都在 App 裡修。

Contact
piankecard@gmail.com — 片刻 Pianke. Please include your device model and iOS version; if it is
about a card that was read wrongly, a photo of the card helps enormously, and you are of course free to
black out anything you do not want to share.
Before you write: the three things that come up most
A field came out wrong, or empty. Tap the field in the review screen, then tap the text on the
photo of the card — the app fills that field from what you tapped. Recognition is done on your device and
is not perfect, especially on glossy cards, unusual layouts, or a photo taken at an angle.
I bought Pro and it is not showing. Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases.
Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so the same purchase works on your other devices signed in with
the same account. If it still does not appear, write in — do not buy it again.
Where are my cards stored, and how do I move them to a new phone? On the device only, never on
a server. Use Settings → Backup to write a backup file, put it somewhere you control (AirDrop,
Files, a computer), and restore it on the new phone. An encrypted .piankevault backup needs
the passphrase you chose — if you lose it, the backup cannot be opened, including by us, because we
never had it.
Reporting a problem
The most useful report is the smallest one that reproduces: what you did, what you expected, and what
happened instead. Screenshots are welcome. Please do not send anything you would not want a stranger to
read — email is not private, and we would rather have a vaguer report than your customer's contact
details.
What support cannot do
There is no account system and no copy of your data anywhere but your device. That is the whole design of
the app, and the cost of it is real: a card deleted without a backup is gone, and a forgotten vault
passphrase cannot be reset. Neither is a limitation we can lift for you on request.
Privacy
The iOS privacy policy is at privacy-policy-ios.html. Short version:
the app has no networking code at all and collects nothing.
